We provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space where music is used as a therapeutic tool for promoting expression, connection and wellbeing.
Our weekly Edinburgh sessions are free and open through referals. No musical skill or previous experience is required to come along and take part.
Our sessions start with a meditation and mindfulness exercise, followed by a sharing circle where we greet one another and catch up. Then, we begin our music session, involving jams, song writing and musical exercises.
